“Trust your Self enough to sense your own resonance, to know what experiences you want to have and—as important—what experiences you don't want. Trust yourself to make decisions that serve you.”
- Dr Sara Kubric
Natasha is a warm, compassionate psychologist who brings deep care, curiosity, and respect to each therapy session. With a background as a NICU nurse prior to training as a psychologist, Natasha has spent her career supporting people through some of life’s most vulnerable, complex, and transformative moments. This experience has shaped her deep respect for each individual’s personal story and inner resilience.
Natasha believes that every person is the expert in their own life. Therapy is a collaborative process, where you work together in a safe, supportive space to explore challenges, build understanding, and create meaningful change aligned with what matters most to you. Her approach is grounded, empathetic, and non-judgemental, allowing clients to feel truly heard and understood.
She has particular interests in perinatal mental health, women’s health, life transitions, grief, persistent pain, neurodiversity, and general mood concerns such as anxiety and low mood. Natasha understands that these experiences do not exist in isolation, and she takes a holistic view of each person’s emotional, physical, and relational world.
Above all, Natasha aims to provide a calm, caring therapeutic space where clients feel supported to reflect, grow, and move toward the life they want to live—at their own pace, and in their own way.
